    We are happy to report that we are now recruiting for the upcoming excavation season at the Migration Period site at Suchań in West Pomerania. The dig supervisors will be prof. Aleksander Bursche and dr Bartłomiej Rogalski from the National Museum in Szczecin. We provide accommodation and meals.

Zapolska sought consultation in south-western Germany on a little known gold medallion of Emperor Valens struck at Antioch, weighing nearly 200 g, with a loop, from a private collection.
